"Pulled up to the drive thru and was met with a barely audible “hold on.” Waited no less than five minutes before driving off because no one even bothered to come back on to take my order. Person behind me left as well. As I’m driving around the building, I look in the drive thru window and see an employee just standing there on their phone. This is the second time it has happened. They forget items in your order, they’re unfriendly, lazy, and the food is garbage. They should have just left the place boarded up after the fire. I’d give zero stars if I could."

"What’s the point of advertising a renovated inside when all the doors are locked during open hours? I went to the drive thru to get 2 spicy nugget meals, we had to pull forward because they weren’t done but waited more than 15 minutes and no one came out to give them to us. When I tried to go in the building to see if it was finished, the lobby was locked. We went to the drive thru again to see if the order was done and waited 5 more minutes. Everything was fresh, so that was nice."

"Worst experience at any place in my life. Terrible customer service. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Ordered for online pickup. Arrived and waited at the pickup location in the store for over 30 minutes before I even got someone's attention to ask about my order. I was told by a very rude woman I had check in when I got there and tell them to make the food. That's not how an online pickup works. If that were the case, why would you bother ordering ahead? Still haven't heard back from Wendy's, haven't been refunded. This is what all Wendy's are becoming, Dave Thomas would be ashamed. I never received my food by the way. I will also note, they do not answer the phone, probably because it's only complaints"

"Waited in the drive thru for 20 min (bc the inside is closed) to get my 3 count 4 piece nugget. Thanks guys. This is was my first meal of the day at 8:30pm. Really appreciate it. Not to mention the dude was walking back inside when I pulled up and there was an overwhelming scent of weed. Great service."
