"I have a complaint about 1 worker who on Monday took 15 minutes to serve 2 customers. Not only that but, messed up my order 2 times. reason why? She was distracted by her phone and when told that she has messed the order up, she was rude and very slow to make it again! I believe her name was Abby. She needs to be reprimanded immediately!!! Every other worker there has had no problem with phones or wait time. Something needs to be done!"
