"The young lady that worked there did not acknowledge us when we entered the store. She was in the back and I repeatedly said "excuse me ma'am" she ignored me each time and then when she was ready to come to the front she rolled her eyes at me and said "I'm coming".. I told her she could've acknowledged us, greeted us, or say she'll be with us shortly instead she was extremely rude!! My teenage son and I left without buying anything because I was so disgusted with her attitude and lack of customer service skills. We went to another location and the difference was a full 360...won't be going back to this location."

"I just moved here about a month ago literally up the street & decided to go to DD for breakfast around 11AM, wanted a croissant with sausage egg & cheese & the girl told me 10 minute wait I said it was fine then she came back & said 30 minutes! Decided to order 2 bagels with sausage egg & cheese instead, then the other girl the cook I guess, came & said she only had 1 plain bagel left! I was shocked, so i got one on an english muffin. I also ordered a iced signature trifle latte & the girl had no idea how to make it, I asked for the toppings that go on top & she said they didn't have that either & she was never told toppings go on the top either. Not to mention the latte tasted like a cup of milk only. 1st & last time for me to make a stop in there. Miss my DD in south florida!"

"This place is absolute trash. Use to be great years ago but now it’s abysmal. Ordered online during slow hours and it wasn’t ready when I got there. Fine, but then proceeded to wait 30 mins for 2 coffees. People working had no idea what they were doing. Reading books behind the counter how to make the drinks. There was garbage everywhere. Pick up orders left from 5 hours earlier at pick up counter. I can’t blame the employee because they clearly not trained by anyone. Manager needs to be fired. Close it down or light it on fire. Drinks were disgusting and went directly in the trash. Just like this store."

"Location was very difficult to find in the strip mall. Ordered large, iced coffees. Staff remade them twice and still couldn't understand the concept that iced coffee has ice in it. We are loyal Dunkin customers, but will never visit this location again."

"Good location near the main road but negative because there is no drive-through. Seemed very nice but a little bit understaffed and needed a little bit of cleaning. Otherwise very good coffee and donuts."
