"This store is embarrassingly slow compared to other locations that I've been to in Charlotte. Ordered a drink thru the app and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to make. Only location in the area where I've had this issue. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you're on a schedule."
"I used to love the old location and once the new one opened up I was really excited hoping to love it. Unfortunately the service is really rude and would purposely not make a drink until you wait more than 10 minutes this is without anyone else waiting for a drink. The drive through was also empty when I came. I am very courteous when I come in but receive the opposite. The drink is also not made with the things I paid extra for and they get upset if I ask for the caramel or whip but if they were made correctly I would not have a need to remind them. I really really have been thinking about just taking a pause from Starbucks."
