"The slowest fast food restaurant in Charlotte, how long does it take to make a hamburger and get it right? I have been here about 25 times now. Today is my last visit. Horrible rushed service, poor food and slow !!!! I pulled up there were 2 cars in the drive thru, it took 40 minutes."

"There were only 2 people in line waiting to order so i decided to go inside since the drive thru line was long. Worst mistake!!! The service was horrible. The cashier seemed to be new and took a long time to get an order ready. It took me 45 minutes to order and get my food. Some people came in, waited for a few minutes then left. I ordered the taco salad to go. When I was getting ready to eat at home, there was no salad dressing and as for the chili, all it had were beans with hardly any meat. I love Wendy's Taco salad when it is done right. I'm hoping this was just a bad day at that location and not an everyday occurrence."

"Went inside at 7:10pm because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Soon as I enter a short young man was leaning on the counter no greet or nothing or a care too get off his phone or move then he moved near by the fryer right at the drive thru window chatting with a young lady. Another employee was on there phone in the back. And the drive thru cashier was on her phone. There was no food cooking no fryers or nothing looked like a ghost town inside with a drive thru around the building. Two older men was hanging out side talking. Food was cold. Nothing was fresh. The strawberry shake was the only thing fresh and the cashier gave it too me overfill and told me to get some napkins from the stand; so I had to clean the cup and ask for another lid... save your time and drive too Billy Graham... Must be nice too serve cold food and be on your phone when you suppose too be working... the whole shift need too be fired. Rewind the cameras and you'll see. Only person that was working was the person making the burgers. Precooking food too sit too serve is unacceptable."
