"My biggest issue is that I get the same order every time I come here and the way they make the iced vanilla latte is different every time. Is there not recipes or measurements that Dunkin has ?? It seems like it’s so unorganized and the people working here just throw stuff together smh"

"Stood in line for at least 10 minutes no one was in line. 3 people working on drive thru. I'm acknowledged and yet he still works on drive thru drinks. Doughnuts didn't seem fresh and it was just 730am"

"I love DD coffee. I get the same thing every time. I go to this location about three times a week. Yet somehow they really get it wrong about 1/5th of the time. Today I waited at the drive up window with nobody in front of me for about 5 min. They took my order, told me to pull up, and then we’re very confused by my arrival at the window?! Insisting I placed a mobile order. I’m not sure if the guy that took my original order was high? The girl at the window was very nice and placed my order, but seemed like she had never had anybody ask for a coffee with cream and sugar free flavoring, because I did not receive what I ordered! I feel like this place has a constant turnover and nobody knows how anything works, and a real lack of management!"

"Unfortunately I am not able to rate 0 stars but trust me that is what this place deserves. Bagel ordered from Uber eats and arrived stale, toasted yet cold and with little to no cream cheese. Is there a shortage I’m unaware of?? Laziest workers and poor quality. Better off finding breakfast literally anywhere else."

"I was very disappointment when I ate from here. The only thing that was good about it was the size of the sandwich, but the actual sandwich had no taste to it all!! The hot chocolate from QT is ten times better. That was definitely my first and last time ordering food from there!"
