"Store needs a remodel, had my debit card numbers stolen here too within an hour or handing them my card, fishy because the guy took forever to return my card back with purchase"

"I work at a shop at South Blvd and I always come here and get coffee for me and the guys. They always make our coffee good except this last time I went. I always order Signature Lattes and what I got tasted like a regular premium coffee. I can’t even taste the peppermint on the mocha I ordered and I specified more sugar so it’s sweeter but it tasted bland. I’m disappointed after spending almost $50 on what I ordered. I even asked the guys how theirs tasted and they even said it’s different, could’ve been more sweeter."

"Today was my last day visiting this location. Today, a lovely older lady named Maria told me I couldn't use the bathroom because it's for paying customers. I asked her, "So I'm not a customer?" After she reluctantly puts the code in. I got my order, and she said, "Now you look like a paying customer." In a low voice with a smirk on her face. Mind you, I grab coffee from there 3 to 4 days out of the week. There are 4 Starbucks surrounding this location. Maria made it an easy decision for me."

"Use the Dunkin app to order ahead or you can now use the kiosk at the counter to order (and scan your app to pay) so that you don't have to interact with a person. Pretty slick. This Dunkin location also has a drive through and it gets busy in the morning."

"They’re extremely inconsistent. I find it rude to not fill drinks all the way to the top. Especially if it’s not a coffee you have to mix. No one likes to pay $3.50 for a drink only to have it jipped. So if you enjoy getting less of your beverage and them unable to make it consistently then go here.."
