"I just stopped here for dinner after driving by and seeing this food truck set up. I ordered the Quesabirrias and Horchata. Both were extremely fresh and flavorful! The cup of noodles that came with the Quesbirrias was also very hearty! Everything had a very great authentic and home-cooked taste. The staff was also extremely friendly and explained parts of the menu to me that I was not familiar with. This food truck is amazing and I will definitely be back again!"
