"Did a mobile order this morning that was supposed to be ready at 7:51am. As of 8:10 it still was not ready. When I asked about it they said they were really behind and that I could go to the Harris Teeter customer service to get a refund. If they would stop taking walk up orders and doing those first and take care of the mobile orders there shouldn’t be an issue. Or turn off mobile ordering temporarily to get caught up. The whole point of a mobile order is so that you can order ahead and not have to wait 20+ minutes AFTER the time quoted it would be ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location anymore."
"Fast service, but no coffee brewed so I opted for a 3x espresso and that scratched my itch. Location want compatible with the Starbucks app, so no points toward freebies."
"The coffee was great! The experience not so much.. I felt awkward when I was at the register because the employee didn’t even speak to me and when asked for a straw to stir my coffee I was told I didn’t need one. Maybe it was just a tough morning but I felt very awkward and not welcomed like most Starbucks!"
