"Used self checkout, and it overcharged 20$, had the clerk ring up the order because of technical glitch, one item was left in the cart for 3/12 soda cola wasn't rang up so I didn't get a discount for the items, but I dont steal so I asked him to ring up the other and was charged 8 dollars for 1 12pk of soda cola, he tried to void the order however he wasn't proficient enough to issue a refund. so I'm going to have to file a dispute with my bank. I hope they sort out the glitch and train the employees better"

"This store needs help with some employees not all but some. I went in to do some doordashing and found all my items but two small ones. I had looked all over the store and couldn’t find them. There were two employees at the check out stand. When I asked could they help me the one girl frowned and said we don’t help door dashers because we don’t get paid to do your job. I was shocked that a employee of this company would not help a customer. It is still a purchase being bought in there store. The other girl behind the counter stated yes I bc will help you she was extremely nice and stated that yes they were out of one item but told me we’re I could find the other item. When I was walking away the first employee stated to the second employee and said we don’t help them even if there is no one in the store or if we have a long line. The second employee said I will help them because that is my job duty. I contacted the general manager 5 times only for him NOT to contact me back. I then asked for the Regional manager to contact me and after the 3 time time calling I am still waiting for him/her to call me back. No COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER"
