"Great good, fast service. Took my mom there so she could get hot dogs and the portion was huge. Good value in the price for the amount of food she received. Atmosphere not bad- just pulled into two spots that had “out of order” machines. Really.. a very minor detail. No complaints. Definitely try their hot dogs if you go!!"
"If it were possible to give zero stars, I would’ve 110% chosen that instead. To even give a one star is quite generous on my part. This establishment is truly a waste of space, time, and food. The staff are completely rude to not only their customers, but employees as well. The food service is disgusting, their hotdogs taste like they gridded up horse manure and cow dung slapped onto a bun and called it a day. And don’t even get me started on the hygiene of this place. The supervisors and managers are a disgrace to call service workers. This place is a mockery of what the true beauty and art of SONICs really is."
"Probably the worst Sonic experience that I've ever encountered over my 56 years. I'm a Sonic connoisseur, so I know when it's good. And, baby, let me tell you, this place couldn't have been farther off. Horrible food. Rude management, the employees all looked so tired and scared. I will not be returning to this location."
"If you like places that are serving fun new things, in an outdoor drive up experience, then you'll enjoy Sonic! The commercials got to me, I love buffalo chicken and I just had to try their buffalo chicken snack. And then when they advertised a caramel milkshake I thought I'm going. I've only been there a couple of times and I wasn't pleased those times with how long it took to get your food. But this time I use the app and ordered ahead and I have to say it did work well. The most confusing part was the stalls to the left did not have noticeable stone numbers and that's what you're supposed to input when you get there, so I pulled to a stall on the right but did have numbers, but apparently that side was closed and there was no indication it was closed until the young lady knocked on my window, That could have been done better. But once I realized I needed to push the button and tell them they had made me change lanes, the food was out immediately. The milkshake was so thick I couldn't even drink it, which is the sign that it'll take me a while to consume. I was eager to try the buffalo snack bites and they were very good. I would compare them to a Chinese crab wonton but American. The feeling was adequate. The encasement was good. There wasn't too much of it. It did allow for you to crunch and it took a couple of bites to eat it which is great. I don't think one serving is enough. I think it leaves you wanting a few more. But it was delicious and I didn't have to do the work involved in prepping it. Definitely worth a try. I don't think it's going to stay forever. They seem to rotate things so I'm debating if I need to try it again or if it is taught me I could probably do it myself. I have a pampered chef tool that I think could easily make this a fun appetizer for a football game. The Wilmington market Street location of Sonic was just fine and would be fun for after a soccer game with your kids or if you've been shopping and just don't want to walk one more place."
"I am probably the worst costumer at Sonic. I think I used the button four of five times, I ordered the wrong drink for my wife and forgot to ask for cheese for my kids burgers. Needed more sauce. But the staff was fantastic met all out needs even gave us a diet cherry limeaid on the house. Almost all the stalls on the left/north side were closed off with caution tape for some reason I should have asked. The food was awesome, staff were fantastic. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!"
