"Ordered our food. 40 minutes later no food. When I approached the counter, was told a untruth as to why my order was late. Said our order was delayed waiting for an item to be cooked. 3 other customers after us had ordered the same items, received their food, and left. They had just misplaced our order. If I cannot trust you to be honest, I will not do business with you."

"Hello, To start off I've never sent in a complaint, but I feel like there should be a few things addressed. Popeyes in Conway was just recently built back in 2017. It's only been up and running for 6 years. With that being said, this place needs some much needed attention. When we first walked in, the staff did not seem friendly at all. We ordered and went to sit down. There was hair all over the place and crumbs. I felt so gross while I was there. We are waiting for our food and I look up and the ceiling is full of mold and brown water like stains. We finally got our food and all of our ranch was busted on the tray and we went to get more and the employee had to go through the whole bin to find us 2 ranch packets that weren't busted. We started eating and it was horrible. We threw away all the uneaten food and were headed out to leave. I did drink all my sweet tea, so I did go ask for a refill. Make note that they have the new soda machines (2 of them) that are turned off and no tea in the dining room. They could not get my boyfriend's diet drink right. We left and I was drinking my sweet tea and there was something in my drink that was crunchy, so I spit it out in the parking lot and we left. We won't be back until we see something being changed. Wonder why no one was there. I would think being 6 years old it would be up and running. We left hungry and went to Chick Fil A. We spent $26 on nasty food."

"Want extra mayo for that dry chicken sandwich, bring your own. Want nuggets for the dogs, you have to buy a combo meal. Service is slow. Won't be back."

"No frills, run of the mill fast food chicken chain. Coupon got me in the door and for less than $6 I got two pieces of chicken (more like one and a half), a side and a biscuit. Chicken was hot and crispy, mac and cheese simple but creamy and a decent biscuit without butter edible. Soda machines were out of order and ever conceivable condiment, napkins and silverware were empty holes in the counter next to the trash receptacles. Had to make a couple trips to the order counter to get napkins and a fork. Service was friendly and fast. Course, I was the only one in the place. Nothing impressive enough to get me to come back but maybe another coupon."

"Love this location! The lady who took our order Ms. Terri was a fresh of breath air compared to most customer service experiences we’ve had at other food chains. She was very friendly and helpful especially with dessert choices. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome especially our little bun in the oven. I know he enjoyed the red velvet cake. She was very diligent making sure tables were clean and ready for new customers. All the while with a smile on her face and courteous words for all patrons. Next time we’re in town we’ll definitely swing by for the great sandwiches and especially to see Ms Terri again! She was the cherry on top of an already amazing day at the beach. We hope Popeyes will continue to hire more employees like her. She really knows how to follow the Golden Rule- treat others how you want to be treated."
