Subway

"I attempted to order online to pick-up in store, but the website would only let me order for delivery. My online order, which included a $30 delivery fee, was confirmed. Fifteen minutes after my order was to be delivered someone called from the restaurant to ask when the third party would be there to pick my order up? Why on Earth would I pay Subway a $30 delivery fee then arrange for someone else to deliver my order?! Then someone called DoorDash to deliver my order, and the delivery guy prompted ME for payment!"

"That was a very delicious sub cold sub. The only thing I didn't like about it it didn't have any condiments on it. All I had was mayonnaise. I wish I would have got some lettuce and tomato and banana peppers and all of and cheese some mustard and salt and pepper. But I didn't get those things. I just got mayonnaise. GODSPEED"

"Let me first start off by saying I’m a college student here at Cape Fear Community College. I’m a picky eater, and my stomach can only tolerate certain foods. So naturally I eat subway when I have classes. Having said that, the manager Chris has remembered my order despite the hundreds of customers he works with every day. He is very kind and wonderful. Then there’s Cleo. Cleo is a sweet girl. I know from experience that employees of the fast food business typically don’t get asked how they’re doing or how their day is going so I make it a point to ask this wonderful staff every day how they’re doing. One day Cleo was working at the register and when I approached to pay for my lunch she enthusiastically asked how I was doing and explained that she loves the fact that I ask her how she’s doing every day that I’m there. There is another girl that works there but I’m not sure of her name as she didn’t have a name tag on today. She wears glasses and has short hair. She is super sweet and polite. This team is absolutely amazing and with the amount of people that come in there, I’m so impressed with how well they work and act. I would probably stop coming to this Subway if they left."

"Disgusting! Will never eat here again. Workers are always standing out from smoking their cigarettes. They cant even walk around the block to smoke. Nope, right at front door so you can get a great drift as you enter. No idea how any manager allows this."
