"I usually order pretty much the same drink and this is not the first time they did my drink wrong. I ordered ice coffee , venti but they only fill with ice up to 60% of the cup again. There was not only me complained the same issue to the staffs"

"This lady is rude and unprofessional, I ordered from Uber eats, no straw and I called to see if they were out, she told me to take it up with Uber and I told her I would but just wanted to know what happened because I did not get a straw and she just hung up. I would love for the owner to talk to her, she needs to be professional all the time with customers, her attitude makes y’all look bad…… I would not want her representing my company like that. She could not own up to their mistake of no straw….. Uber is not responsible cause your employees failed to pack a straw"

"This location is conviently located in the Dilworth area. From outside, it does look like it's a bit small inside, but surprisingly, it has a big open floor plan inside with plenty of table seating. They also have front patio seating outside as well. The employees were super nice and welcoming, and they worked fast to get our drinks out. Inside was super quiet and welcoming, with a lot of customers working on their laptops. They also had a lot of cups on sale. Their parking lot is a bit small and cramped, so it can get hectic, especially if you go on a busy day. Defjietly will be back at this location whenever I'm around."

"Starbucks on East Blvd! Love the stand alone house kind of coffee shop. Every time I pass by a Starbucks I had to buy a drink. Th coffee is consistent but interior design is never the same. There’s always some unique touch to every location! Good job Starbucks✨"

"It's hard to rate any Starbucks lower than five stars because they always deliver; however, there have been a few. I wish i could give this one a sixth. Staff was great, drinks were great... as expected. This one wins for atmosphere: both the inimitable building and the throngs of patrons who obviously love it there and stay. It was an awkwardly chili morning in Charlotte when we came, but to an appropriate place it was. Plenty, albeit already occupied, seating throughout the building, as well as comfortable outside furniture reserved for those warmer days when one orders an iced chai latte instead of one extra hot with two sleeves. Parking was a bit congested out back, but like the inside seats, there's plenty reserved for Starbucks if only less people came... a good problem to have, I guess."
