"They made our order wrong and about 5 others wrong as well. They made it wrong again when they remade it."

"The arbys on market street, who employees a pink haired lady named Amy!!!! She is the worst. Disrespectful. She just rolled her eyes at me bc I asked for a cup of ice. She has a horrible attitude. I have not ever been treated so poorly at a fast food place. I asked for her name she said here is your ice. I asked her name again she said here is your change. So I looked at my receipt. Her name is Amy!"

"It was ok. It seems that going within the first hour of them opening the food is never as good. I ALWAYS get the French dip, and the au jus is always better later in the day. It seemed very watery and light in color at this location. Staff was ok. The Dr.Peppr was out, and they acted like it was a bother when I'd have the refill my cup with the fountain behind the counter because they didn't want to refill the one i had access to."

"Slow service. It's a two person crew. Never have I seen a full staff. They take one order and wait till you get your food before taking the next order. Most of the time the order is incorrect and you have to go back up there. They take the food back and "remake it". Looking for quick and decent, this is not the place."

"My husband just picked up an order from here at around 3:10 p.m. today, August 8, 2023. He ordered a Ruben sandwich, chicken crinkle fries, a MEDIUM roast beef sandwich combo with curly fries and coke. When he got to the window they gave him one bag that contained the chicken fries. He told the employee all the rest of the food he ordered and they looked at the oder and handed him the ruben sandwich. He said I ordered a medium roast beef sandwich combo with curly fries. After conferring with another employee, they finally gave him the roast beef sandwich and fries after checking the $31+ order he gave them. THEN my husband had to asked him for the coke! When he gets home, I find that my roast beef sandwich had cheese on it, which I do not like and was not a medium sandwich and ny fries were just a small and the carton wasn't even filled up. Very disappointed with the service and having to scrape the cheese off. Gave half my sandwich to our dogs."
