"Most of the bad reviews are for appliances or a lady that was so entitled she felt this store should stay open past their hours just for her. We've never purchased appliances here but have gotten quite a few other household items and always been happy. True some of the prices are a bit high on certain things but on others it's an absolute bargain. Certainly worth a visit if you've got time to kill, they've got a bit of everything."

"We lost our appliances when our first floor flooded in hurricane Ian and didn’t figure out they didn’t work until our power came back on. I called your store and the lady who answered told me they wouldn’t stay until 6:01 as our GPS said we’d be there. I asked her nicely repeatedly if she’d stay and she said no. I said we’d speed and get there before 6. We got there at 5:59 at the door and she and the rude man with her wouldn’t let us in. Never again will I purchased anything from your store. Worst customer service ever — especially when there’s been a hurricane."
