"We had the most outstanding meals! Catfish dinner and Reuben sandwich to die for plus a complimentary basket of hushpuppies. Service was fast and our food was hot. Server was so sweet and so pleasant! Very clean and cozy place to dine!"

"We supported this restaurant many times. But the more we go the worse the service gets. We stopped in today and waited at least 15 minutes before we left. Another couple came in after us and was served immediately. We never had our order taken. We were completely ignored. Usually the wait at the door is ridiculous. Today we were seated quickly and the place wasn't busy. And this isn't the first time this has happened. We'll from now on take our business elsewhere. There are too many decent restaurants with good food to waste our time with this mediocre place."

"Did not stay to eat. People were lined up outside even though there were multiple unoccupied tables. I observed the lady tell several people in front of me, in a somewhat snippy tone, the wait was "a few minutes " even when asked for more specifics. It really is not hard to write down the time people get on the list, and the time they're seated to give you a rough idea of wait time. Time is valuable. Attitude is everything."

"We decided to go to sawmill for breakfast and boy were we not disappointed! The service wasn’t the best bc we were left on our own most of the time but they were busy so there’s that. We both had chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and the food was worth the wait!!! The chicken was hot and moist and the waffle was crispy and delicious! If you’re in town and want a great breakfast GO HERE!!!!!!"
