"Let’s see if anyone responds because no one answers the phone. I did a contact us online so we’ll see. First got the wrong order then they re used that food after I opened one item. That’s wrong it should be remade. Then my drinks had ice. I had to tell them no ice in any drinks and then they had to ask again after the order clearly states no ice. Either they pulled food out of a refrigerated unit or the hot table wasn’t on. Nothing was hot. The steak cold, chicken cold, pizza cold and stale. It also would be nice if the cheese quesadilla had a few pieces of cheese. Two slices had no cheese or sauce the other two were loaded with a pound of sauce and a few sprinkles of not melted cheese. I’d like my money back because every time it is always stated they will remake it. But it’s always just another issue. Hopefully this will grab someone’s attention and they’ll contact me"

"I've only gone through the drive thru, but the employees always very nice! Food generally on par/a little better than most locations."

"I know this is just a taco bell, but wow, what a mess. Bathrooms were gross, the front end employee was sitting at a table eating when we walked in, and she left her quesadilla trash at the table when she got up. We used the kiosk to order, because that employee immediately stood when we walked in and walked into the back. Nobody came up front for a few minutes. Dining room was a mess, with food on and under the tables. Soda fountain was a mess, and there were no utensils on the bar. Had to ask twice for our drink cups. Almost all the tables were sticky. I've worked fast food before and it would only take someone 15-20 minutes to straighten up the dining room. We were the only customers when we walked in and there were no cars in the drive thru. My wife had a Mexican pizza and it was inedible. The entire thing has a burnt oil/plastic smell and flavor. Almost made her sick after the first bite."

"Consistently crusty beans. I usually order a backup quesadilla in case the beans are dry and crusty (which, at this location, they always are, idk why I still hold out hope.) and I get some chips. All 3 were beyond disappointing. I got about 5 chips. Cheese wasn’t melted. Beans were again…crusty. I got at various times, so it’s not like this is some kind of “late night” or “early afternoon” phenomenon."

"They were out if Baja Blast, okay that’s fine. I ordered two black bean chalupas. I get home and open them, and there are essentially no beans on the things. I hand picked them off, 12 total. On top of that the chalupa shell felt almost refrigerated it was so cold. I never expect high quality from Taco Bell, but it has been consistently bad as of late."
