"Placed a simple order (2 items) online and had a co-worker pick it up for me. Only received one item and, as I was at work, I couldn’t go back to get the other item that they forgot. Food was fair at best and I’ve been sick for hours after eating it. Still sick as I type this review and it’s several hours later. I will never go back to any Waffle House again, ever."

"I had never been to a waffle House because I used to live in Ohio and I had only ever heard bad things about them but we tried this waffle House by our house because we're in the south now. It was exactly how you would expect a Waffle House to be but in the best way possible. So yeah it wasn't perfectly clean and the employees were definitely of the strange variety and having crazy conversations. That being said the food was delicious, very affordable the waitress that served us was polite, on top of things, very nice and made us feel welcome. We had a great time and we'll be back soon."

"Food consistently tastes good and prices are very reasonable. This works for a quick breakfast stop but nowhere to linger too long. They do have a very efficient food prep process. Service is always prompt to get the food order but follow up attention can vary greatly depending on the server. Employee turnover is high based on multiple visits and seeing very few of the same employees. Recently, we watched a female calling out the line orders who kept belittling specific staff, making condescending remarks, and repeatedly checking her cell phone. We asked who the manager was only to find out it was Christina, the person we wanted to report. She was also one of two females not wearing name tags. Christina was targeting an older lady that has worked there many years. The impression we got was this manager will rudely run the server lady off from a long term needed job while she herself leaves the company soon like most of the workers there do. We’ll go back only because we can get in and out quickly but we do not like seeing that kind of behavior."

"I use to love stopping at this place, I stop by and had a chicken sandwich plate with hashbrowns. The food didn't have any taste to it, the Waitress didn't check on us one time. Ran out of water and know acted like we were there. Just very disappointed in the food and service. I think I'm done with this chain. Thanks"
