"I took my Dyson ball vacuum cleaner here to get cleaned on 3.7.23. Emphasis on the cleaned. It worked perfectly fine upon dropping it off. I have two dogs, 3 teens, my husband, and myself. So, after two years, it needed a good scrubbing that I did not have the time or patience for. On 3.8.23, I paid $65, dropped off my mini Dyson, and went home. When I got it home, the roller brush would not spin, and it made a very loud noise. I called and spoke with Laura (whom I had all dealings with), and she was so surprised she had no idea what could have happened. The following day 3.9.23 (approximately 9 am), I took my big Dyson back up there for them to fix. Laura called by 12:00, saying both vacuum cleaners were ready for pick up when I was ready. She even dared to tell me they would not charge me for the big Dyson they had to fix. I couldn’t get by until around 4 pm on o pick them up. So when I got home, I just set them aside. Friday, 3.10.23 I plug my big Dyson in, and it’s working just fine. Then I plugged my little Dyson in, and the same thing happened, the roller brush would not turn. Not to mention they didn’t even clean the filter! So, I took my little one back up there. Again, Laura was so apologetic. She had no idea how this could’ve happened. WELL, ME NEITHER, LAURA!! Saturday, 3.11.23, rolled around, and she called at about 12 to tell me my vacuum cleaner was ready; however, they could not get the roller back working correctly as it was before. She even had the nerve to insinuate that the vacuum cleaner may have never worked, to begin with! I informed her that I have multiple cameras in my house and can show her me vacuuming my floor the Sunday previous to this if she wanted proof that my vacuum cleaner was working correctly before bringing it in. However, she even told me that she would reimburse me $30 of the $60 payment I had made for the little vacuum cleaner. Mind you, I was in a training all day and could not make it up there before they closed that I was gonna send my husband to pick it up and get the money she said they would reimburse! Would you know, this lady actually charged my husband $30 on top of the 60 that I had already paid? I am livid with this place!! I’m not sure what kind of scam. This place is running, but DO NOT take your vacuum cleaner here or anything else! UPDATE: Laura called on Monday 3.13.23, and offered me the $30 dollars back my husband paid. I explained to her that is she was gonna give me $30 back originally and then charged my husband $30, then she owed me $60. And she agreed. However, my little Dyson does not spin at all when it worked just fine when I brought it in! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!"

"My husband took our vacuum to be fixed . Was a part that only a repair shop could order from Bissell. We weren't sure how long it would take but we were pleased that we got call very next day that our vacuum was ready for pickup. Lady working there was very nice and waited for my husband to get there from his job. We definitely will go here again if we ever need services"

"I called to see if they work on sewing machines I explained to her exactly what kind of sewing machine I had and what the problem was she told me to bring it in that it could be done no problem. I brought it in the mechanic was actually there I showed him exactly what the problem was and he said don't worry I'll get into it and I'll let you know how much it is. I got a call a couple hours later that they were not in fact able to fix it which is fine. My problem is that I explained to him exactly what was wrong with it so he should have known whether or not they could fix it. When picking up the machine I was informed by the owner that they know that they cannot fix this brand of machine. I was charged for their time. Even though the ticket clearly states that he could not get into the machine. They may do a good job on vacuum cleaners but I do not recommend them for sewing machines."

"Love them. They have a pre treat spray for carpets, that works so very well on lots of objects. PLEASE pretest a small spot on your fabric, wood, painted walls, etc.. This is a white leather chair that was located in one of our clients home. TruClean AAA+ used a product from Conway Vacuum Center to TruClean this beautiful chair."
