"I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, October 15 at 6:01pm and ordered a medium coffee and 1 jelly donut. When I got to the drive-thru, I paid for my items and received my coffee after 2 mins. During this time, I noticed the cashier and his colleague arguing about something. I decided to ignore it and kept waiting for my donut. When I got my coffee, the cashier asked me if I received my donut yet. I said no. He asked his coworker to give him a donut. His coworker threw the jelly donut on the floor. The cashier began to laugh and said "Put it in a bag!" His colleague then got another jelly donut (in a bag) and threw it on the floor again. The cashier laughed and grabbed the bag that was thrown on the floor and tried to give it to me. I said "No, I don't want it. That is disgusting." I did not ask for a refund because I was frustrated. I decided to leave. I can only imagine they've done this before. I will never go to this location again. Giving customers food that was thrown on the floor is unacceptable. The manager's name is Michelle D. Adi. I haven't spoken to her yet about this incident. *Update* I called corporate after this incident happened and the person who threw my food on the floor received a work write up. Regardless of this, I will not be purchasing from this establishment."

"My breakfast was horrible! My bagel was raw, it was not fully baked before they put it out on the shelf. My green tea was completely wrong. Cashier 148924 Miche’le had the absolute worst attitude. I will never go back there again. Everyone including the store manager needs to be retrained on customer service and baking their products. Also stop hiring children that do not want to work. Customers spend their hard earned money. Personally the store needs to shut down !"

"This is most definitely a 2'fer. You have Dunkin'(formerly donuts)and Baskin Robbins side by side, under the same roof and inside of the same business. I've stopped here for donuts a few times in the last couple of weeks. And I have yet too be disappointed with my purchases. My standard order is for a dozen donuts. With tax, the cost is a very reasonable $10.81. The assortment is extremely wide and varied. The staff members on duty were efficient, friendly and the store was extremely clean. Everything was handicap accessible and the stores are only allowing to-go orders at this time. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you."
