Subway

"My wife and I have been going to subway for years and this was by far the most pleasant experience we have had. Shoutout to Kim for being so kind and detailed as she made our sandwiches. When we walked up to order, there was a sign that said they were out of a few ingredients, but Kim went above and beyond to help us forget that we couldn’t order our first choice of sandwiches. We wish that every subway had a Kim and will be stopping by at this location next time we visit Wilmington!"

"On two separate occasions, the employee making my food somehow managed to get a pepper on my sandwich. First time I thought honest mistake.. Now it's more than that. Next time I will record him making it and bust him."

"My experience was terrible. The guys name tag said that he was the franchise manager. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sub. I got the crumbs that were in the bottom of the pan. When I asked about the portion of chicken that was put on what was suppose to be a sandwich I was told that its only suppose to be a scoop of chicken put on there. I gladly told him that he could keep that I wasnt interested in purchasing that mess. I dont recommend this place"

"Woman at the subway had 3 6-7 year old kids running around behind the counter while she was making my sub. Rude. And obviously didn't owe me any common courtesy. Acted like she was being electrocuted instead of having to do her job. Hard to get out of the parking lot anyway and circle k is cleaner with better selection. Any circle k. Also I remember she got real nasty with the white guy in front of me because she forgets to put something on the sub the guy wanted. Where do they find these people?"

"Good people and great food. Very clean and recently remodeled. It's a great value for what you pay. The staff is super friendly and I love going there not just for food but to see the staff. I always leave with a smile on my face"
