"Our drinks we're room temperature with no ice, one was flat as well and the employee didn't even acknowledge the problem but I felt she clearly knew although honestly these days who knows if she actually even noticed. This is the second time this has happened and won't be going back to this ine anytime soon, not until there is some better employees."

The on 17th Street Wilmington NC Will force you to use the touch screen to order. I'm not a COVID freak but I am some what a germ freak. We have no idea who goes in those bathrooms and if they wash their hands or not. We have no idea where that person's hands have been. I'm not touching the nasty things it's disgusting to even think about it. Taco Bell has even gotten a lil greedy with the taco meat. The last 5 times I've at there hardly had any meat. And I just saw on the news Taco Bell is fixing to raise prices some more. We can eat at a Family style Mexican restaurant such as Chili's or Elcazador cheaper than We can eat at Taco Bell. I can get a Huge Nacho Platter and 2 IPA beers cheaper than I can eat at Taco Bell."

"This is supposed to be a cheesy gordita crunch. Does anyone else NOT see cheese?! I bought two tacos on top of these. I paid for extra cheese for both and didn't receive that. I also didn't even get the second taco. Never bothering with this lazy location again. Taco Bell, you're going downhill."
