"Usually have a good experience in the morning or when the girl with the braids is working, but the last 2 days I go around 2:30 and it’s the same girl and she makes my coffee wrong and is putting too much cream cheese on my bagel!"

"This unit is poorly managed. It’s dirty and the service is horrible. To top it off, they are always out of the most common donuts. I went into the store last weekend because the drive through was packed. There were 4-6 people scurrying around but no one stopped to acknowledge us standing at the register. After 5 minutes, we walked out. I also noticed they were out of headlights which is a favorite of ours. This weekend we went through the drive through and they only had 4 different kids of donoughts avialable - no headlights. Everyone knows they take them out of the freezer so obviously there is poor planning and/or poor management responsible for ordering. Don’t waste your time going here. I can’t wait until “Your Mama’s Donut's” opens in Cornelius."

"Service at 1p on a Monday was exceptionally poor. It took 35 minutes to get a drive through order. After that time multiple parts of order were missing. An individual who I presume to be the manager appeared after a lengthy wait. She actually accosted me and shrieked about working from 4:30 which I am certain is both as true as it is immaterial to the service provided. I was actually taken aback at her annoyance at me the customer, when the problem was with the service there.. I would not recommend a visit to this location."

"The team at the Dunkin on Catawba in Cornelius, NC has been awesome! They're quick, efficient, and even recognize my truck when I roll through the drive-thru in my mornings to pickup "truck doughnuts" for my son before preschool. Keep up the good work y'all!"

"I have been a loyal customer for years and lately their coffee has been less and less. I paid $9 for a wake up wrap and an oatmilk latte and this is what I got. I realize a picture isn’t proof since it’s an image, but it wasn’t piping hot and each time I receive less and less coffee. The donuts here are okay most days, but their coffee is short every single time. If you want coffee, go to a different Dunks because this is almost robbery."
