"Wanted to quickly pick up a small sofa. The guy who was helping was allegedly the owner, Lance...something. He was a complete tool. I had made my choice in about 2 minutes and wanted to check out and get on my way. Lance then attempted to show me bigger--MORE EXPENSIVE--sofas. I had to walk to the check out area by myself as he was still "selling." Lance then SLOWLY made his way to check out area and tried to sell me extended warranties and fabric protection. Fair enough, but I told him at least 3 times I wasn't interested and the sofa would not be used much. He told me I would regret my decision to not get the fabric protection. I told him, "I regretted wasting the 5 minutes I spent with him," and left without finishing the purchase. I would say, "fire the guy, he's utterly incompetent, he costing you sales," but if he truly is the owner, then you are stuck with him. Fortunately, I'm not. No thanks Furniture Fair."

"My husband and I bought a recliner a few weeks back. We were really happy with our purchase for about 4 days, then quickly noticed how squeaky the chair was when I’d rock my son, waking him up every time. The handle to pull the leg part out is also extremely noisy. I’ve never in my life had a piece of furniture fall apart so quickly. My husband called because we really would like to return this and pay more for an electric recliner but he was told per management there’s nothing they can do. Extremely dissatisfied"

"my aunt in her mid 60’s bought a lounge chair there and it broke a year and couple months. she was happy with it initially but did not expect it to collapse on her- she is the only one in the home and who sits on it. she is not huge in size - just average for her age. she checked back at the store and they would not help her. it was clearly a quality issue with the furniture. She is slower with communication than the average person so maybe they “discounted” her and blew her off because of that l. I was not there and she is not savy enough to write a review so I am doing it for her. the chair should not have broken so soon. consider her experience before you count on the quality or integrity of this store!
