"We were bummed that they were out of matcha due to a shortage, but the associate assisting was very kind and helpful despite this. They were able to make anything sold sound amazing. We ended up getting a white chocolate macadamia cold brew and a chocolate mint creme Frappuccino blended with oatmilk. Everything was incredible and quickly served. Will definitely revisit this location-- thank you!"
"I had ordered a hot chocolate, no whipped cream to see him much us chocolate and how much isn’t. Well, I got even less chocolate that I ha ever anticipated as the picture shows. I will not be returning ti this location. It is bey far the worst in the whole of Charlotte. That cup is definitely not a veinte."
