"rude!! I ordered a hot drink to be delivered because i have the flu and wasn’t delivered so i called and asked for it to be remade and they were very rude and told me to get a refund and that if i couldn’t make it to the store in time i couldn’t get my drink!!"

"There are no store hours posted, but I was rushed out and told by three different employees that I needed to leave because the store was closing at 5pm?? This is not the first time I’ve been to this location and they have either been closed, or decided to close early with no warning other than “we’re closed, you need to leave”. It’s really inconvenient whenever the store has inconsistent hours. Not to mention that as I was packing my laptop, two of the three employees felt the need to pull their masks down when telling me “it is 4:59 PM, we close in one minute.”"
