"Gave me the wrong drink and forgot the cheese for the cheese tots. All of that is fixable, but they had absolutely no respect for customers. With the F bomb and GD spewing out of their mouth with every other word they spoke. I didn't even attempt to try to get it corrected because they just pretend I wasn't even there."
"VERY rarely do i receive the wrong item in my order. If I do, it's not the end of the world, I just see it as an opportunity to break out of my comfort zone and try a new thing. The employees here are always super friendly, professional, and quick to fix any mixup."
"Went inside, rude employees. Told elderly man to order at kiosk and wouldn't help him at counter. I made a mistake on kiosk order and asked for some cream for my coffee and employee acted like it was going to kill her to add 2 creams. Music is also way too loud for small dining area."
