"Went in here about 6 months ago and was completely ignored. Made to feel like I wasn’t welcomed. Catered to another customer (only other one). I did purchase a few things. Great selection and aesthetics… I’ve been to luxury boutiques in big cities that treat you better."

"I purchased a pair of Good American Cinderella shoes from Monkee’s in November. Christmas morning my girlfriend opened them and she noticed they were worn. Soles were all scratched up and scuffed! The shoes had black marks on them and the plastic looked dingy. Ruined my Christmas! I was so embarrassed. I don’t understand how they can sell a product at full price when I can get a better product off the real real. For half the price. If you order make sure you ask if they have been worn."

The past couple visits were pretty unfortunate, walked through the door and was just stared at. Wanted to purchase a few things but didn’t even feel comfortable.
