"I had such an awful experience!! I was waiting to have my order taken for like 5 minutes and when the girl came over (I think her name was amber) she was so rude, rolling her eyes and she made my drink wrong and refused to fix it! Every other time I’ve come in I’ve had a great experience with all the other baristas but I will no longer be returning and spending my money here!!!"

"I hate leaving bad reviews but this location is the worst, most dysfunctional Starbucks I have ever been to. I have tried so many times to give it the benefit of the doubt, but not once has my drink been made correctly. Most of the time it’s the wrong drink entirely. As other reviewers have mentioned, I don’t even bother stopping at this location and based on the low traffic at peak times, I am not the only customer to give up on it. The employees are nice but don’t seem to know or care what they’re doing? The state of this franchise is literally just confusing. I’m not sure how it’s operating at such a low performance level without an onslaught of corporate complaints. It takes A lot for me to write a review, but this is probably the 5th time I’ve given them another shot and received the wrong drink. If this franchise owner doesn’t do something this location is going to be out of business fast."
