"Depending on which server you got the prices were different. Some offered veterans discount, some offered senior discount and others said we don't do that at this location. I even had one girl that would do the 2 for $5 because she didn't know how to ring that up. It's only pennies but it shows how much some employees care and makes you wonder what other things they are doing"

"We really like the food served here but the staff is horrible and not friendly. We come to Southport once a year and we still go to Bojangles to see how bad their service can be each time. I ordered a meal for me and before I could start to order a meal for my girlfriend the teenager taking my order cut me off and told me my total. I said sorry but I wasn’t done with my order, she audibly sighed into the microphone before continuing to take my order. I rolled up to the drive thru and she had forgotten my order apparently. I had to restate my order at the window only for them to get it wrong and short me on my sides. Something of this variation happens every time we go to this store. We really like the food that’s why we continue to try and go. Poor staff starts at the top. Clearly the management of this store from the very top does not care about the quality of their service or staff."

"Walked in and talked to another guy that was waiting 10 mins to get his order taken. Then saw a girl come up that looked absolutely miserable. At least put on a smile, it's not all doom and gloom. Then we waited even longer to get food... Absolutely ridiculous. Needs new management. Won't be coming back until a change happens."

"the lady pictured in the red shirt needs to be fired. she was unreasonably rude to us for zero reason, got mad at me for saying my sandwich incorrectly, and when i ordered sweet tea she didn’t proceed to tell me they were out until after she had charged me and slammed my cup on the counter. they also forgot my Bo berry biscuit so i had to go back . the lady told us that they were just swamped even though there were maybe 2 other customers inside and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. i also just spotted an older male eating food with his hands over the serving like and then proceeding to scoop rice for customers. absolutely disgusting."

"Amazing fried chicken! The heat they add to the chicken is just right. The biscuits is also really good. We ordered two family meals (20 pc. Chicken) and didn’t wait long even with a line going through the drive-thru. An amazing first time experience visiting the coast."
