"I called the store and asked if I could recycle a couple of batteries from an old portable drill. The employee I spoke to told me not problem, but if I had more than 2 there would be a charge. No charge for just the 2. I brought them to the store and the unfriendly, rude female clerk said there would be a charge to recycle them. I told her that I called just an hour ago and was told by a male employee that there wouldn't be a charge. She said their policy was to charge regardless of how many batteries were returned. I asked if the male employee was there, and he was. He came out and admitted he told me I could recycle without a charge, but the women clerk would not agree. I left them on the table and worked out. I guess it's hard to find decent help these days. Won't be back there again!"

"Bought my battery and asked about installation. The sign at their store says they offer free installation. I was the only customer in the store and there were multiple employees working. I was told they don’t install batteries on a Honda CR-V (could not find that exclusion on their web site when I checked later). Don’t trust this store."
