"I paid $ 30 for something I didn't order I asked for a plain hamburger for a children's meal and these idiots put cheese on it don't they that some people can't have cheese and then on my second order I ask for a Dave's triple and these idiots gave me a single with just cheese on it..... some one needs to teach these people how to listen and read!!!!"
"Food was good but check your food before you leave. Ordered two pretzel bun baconator combos but was given son of baconator instead. $30 for two combos is bad enough especially when they purposely give you a smaller sandwich then what you paid for."
"This is a double baconator. One patty and one strip of bacon. Also said they were out of fry containers. They’re always out of the most random yet essential items."
"November 13th Ordered a coffee and lots of grounds were included in the cup. See photo =====================/===== Went to this location on July 27, 2023 and the place was shut down. Drove up to the order kiosk and a voice said their system was down. I can't believe the solution for this location was to shut down. What did restaurants do before computers? This location has had multiple problems over and over again. Don't know if the franchise owner wants this location to be open fully or not."
"Thank you MRS JESSICA for the lovely voice over the speaker. There was a very long line and she stayed calm and took everyone’s order with ease. The thanked us and told us to have a nice day. Which should be a mandatory statement whenever a customer is leaving your establishment. The food was good. The chicken sandwiches were not fresh (it was hard), but my son was so hungry he ate his. I took mine back into the restaurant and they fixed it without hesitation and apologized. I disposed of it inside the location. I got my new fresh chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The lobby area was not open to the public, I saw they were short staffed and had help from another location. With the shortage they still did an excellent job and were all friendly while doing it. My one suggestion would be to ensure everyone handling food wear their gloves and change them out whenever you touch anything else other than food."
