"The two ladies who were working yesterday were absolutely phenomenal. No bias, which is extremely difficult to come by (I had to stop in after the gym due to my crazy schedule, and I looked like a wreck), I won’t go into specifics of who was on the floor for the sake of privacy, but this was the first time for me shopping for professional attire and they were extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service, I will be returning."

"I love this store! The staff is always helpful, especially Tracy. She encourages me to try a style on, before I decide I’m not going to like it. If the store does not have my size, they will always order it, or if I call to see if they have a particular item, they will hold it."

"I have shopped in this location on numerous occasions with great service. Recently, I returned a dress I had planned to wear. I had (unfortunately) removed the tag and put the dress on at home to wear to an event the following day. I decided I didn't like the dress as well as I had thought when I tried it on in the store. I returned the dress with the tag detached and receipt in the original shopping bag. I explained to the manager that I had removed the tag, had planned to wear it, and put it on at home for 10 minutes and didn't like the style. She said since the dress had been worn- she would give me store credit "this one time" and said "OK?" She spoke rather loudly which was inappropriate. I requested a refund to my credit card which she did after several remarks that the dress had been worn and she was "just doing her job". I was totally honest about this return and I hope she will think about the way she spoke to me today. There is a nicer way to speak to the customer- I felt very much talked down to."
