"never ever apply for a job there, i went in for a interview, the manager loved me and hired me on the spot and then a couple days later, she texted me telling me i can no longer work there and had to let me go because the downtown location didn’t hire me. the manager told me that the mall location was hiring but not the downtown location and i could just do the mall location. horrible business and a waste of time, don’t even bother!!! im never ever going in there to buy a single shirt or romper there again."

"My daughter bought a $45.00 romper for me from this store, we both agreed it didn’t fit me nor look good on me when she brought it home for me to try on and my daughter said no problem mom I will return it and surprise you with something else, so not even a few days later my daughter takes the romper back with all tags in place with original receipt and shopping bag and the lady wouldn’t exchange it for anything else, lady name was Anna and she told my daughter that the only thing she could do was exchange it for a different color or different size. WHAT!!!!!!!! What kind of return policy is that??? The exchange policy needs to be posted on the door before customers buy any gifts from there just in case it does need to be return, we weren’t trying to get cash back, just exchange it for another item. What kind of store doesn’t allow you to exchange the product for another store item??? My poor daughters money was tooken from her, so I ended up giving my daughter the $45 that was tooken from her from the store. I don’t want the same thing happening to anyone else especially their children who had good intentions on buying their mother a gift. Shame on the staff for not letting my daughter know about the exchange policy when they were helping her pick out the romper for her mother. Shame on them! I called and spoke to this Anna and told her shame on them for not informing my daughter about exchange policy knowing my daughter was picking out an outfit for me, they helped her pick out the outfit for me and took my little girls money and didn’t bother to tell her about exchange policy if we knew that my daughter would have went else where to find me a romper due to the exchange policy. Wow!"

"Awful experience. I put an item on hold and I came back THIRTY minutes later and they raised the price of the item $20. Showing interest in an item and clarifying I would be back soon gave them incentive to raise the price. That is utterly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What store does that? I will tell everyone I know not to shop there."

"I am very disappointed in this company's manager. On October 22nd. She called my daughter and asked her to come in on October 27th, 2015 for a job interview. Once she got there five minutes before the interview time. She was told the hiring manager AKA Stephanie, was not in yet and asked to stay within the store and wait for her to come in. After ten minutes of waiting, the worker came up to my daughter and told her. She called the hiring manager and the hiring manager told the worker to tell my daughter, that she already hired a couple people earlier last week. If this is the case, why would you call NOT only my daughter but a few other people and ask for them to come in on todays date for an interview??? This is a BAD representation on the hiring managers part and has really gave this store a bad rep. I will NO longer take my business to this store and I will spread the word on how this hiring manager has done NOT ONLY my daughter but a few other people as well."
