"Made a reservation with uhaul online. Got to the pick up point , equipment was there but broken. Burned an hour. She said the trailer was checked in incorrectly. Had to travel another 20 minutes out the way and wait for the next center to try and figure out how to move the reservation. Plus still waiting to get my initial deposit back. Uhaul once again drops the ball. I will just purchase a car carrier. Uhaul needs to do some remedial training."
