"Had my Ford focus towed to excel hoping they could help. Long story short my problem was between 500 to 800 worth in parts and labor. Daniel helped out by getting me on the road long enough to get it where I needed it to be. So i dont have to call a nother tow. I could not afford what he was asking and I'm glad I said no. got a call told me this and said I can come pick it up never said anything about payment. I show up and was charged 55 dollars for 30 mins of looking and wedging a 2x4 in place.. The next day I had it fixed in my yard for 450$ the part and labor total... gotta know the right people i guess. I don't recommend this place.. they only look to make money and could careless about your situation."

"Warning: expect to be cheated, lied to, and strongarmed if you choose to use Excel. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I am very disappointed and highly dissatisfied at the service I received at Excel. The owner was very condescending, he was extremely rude to my husband, my mother who was on the phone with me, and myself, told me he's tired of me, my jeep, and not to come back, all because I was being strong armed and overcharged on a job that was suppose to only cost $100(my deductible), which I made sure of multiple times before they began the job! The job ended up costing $250. I had to call the law, and the whole time they lied to the cops, for over an hour. When i gave him the money(more than I was suppose to pay), i was going to pay part card, but he refused my card and made my husband go to a bank to pull money. Even after paying my amount, the owner still refused to let me leave with my vehicle until carshield paid him. But they was pretty happy with taking carshields credit card. I will not use this business again. You should be extremely ashamed of yourselves and the service you provided. Updated May 9th Reply to Excel comment: the fact that you just blantly lied on this review to save your own tail is beyond me. From day 1, I was told my pay was $100. I spoke to yall 11 times in the 9 days yall had my vehicle, and it was always $100. You chose to over charge carshield. They even said they tried holding you accountable to the labor guide and you refused, you overcharged, and since carshield wouldn't pay, I got stuck with the rest. It wasn't a sales tax. As far as the money, my husband has never been there before, so why would he just storm in and throw his money on the counter?? You are right about one thing, I did call the cops because you were very rude, extremely condescending, and spoke to me like I was a dog."

"These guys helped us out right away! Daniel took someone off a job and took care of us! They were very affordable and did not take advantage of us. Highly recommend these guys!"

"The professionalism of the woman at the front desk and the kind and loving attitude of the dog that was behind the counter getting attention from everyone got this place up to the 2 stars from me. All I saw from the rest of the establishment is incomplete, and incompetent diagnosis of vehicles. This is one of those places that depends on the customer knowing very little about their vehicle. Dropped it there to solve a front end noise problem. 2 days later... ring ring... "It's fixed" went and picked it up... nope... they put new tie rods and struts on and then either didn't align it at all or their alignment tech is completely incompetent. Nevermind the fact that that didnt fix the problem the vehicle was there for.... So it went back for strike 2, they got it aligned... original symptoms not found or repaired. My cars won't be back. IMHO I think that there was no diag done whatsoever. Bottom line, the car came out in the exact same condition (after 3 days and 2 trys) as it went in except I was out a bunch of money and the vehicle had unnecessary new parts installed and a half-hearted alignment."
