"The order taker was never t friendly or helpful on any front. The red headed tattooed young man was nothing less than a ATM in a personality and lacked customer service skills on any level. The coffee was 3/4 full and offered no immediate remedy. The staff needs serious training in customer service skills. If it were not for Dunkin’s global presence, this place would be CLOSED as it should be."

"I went there for two ham and cheese stuffers they both was cold in the middle ! And the young lady doing the speaker and drive thru was short and very rude for no reason at all ! Don’t get me wrong not everyone has to be happy happy like me everyday but to be mean and rude for no reason! And then I eat my food and it’s cold!"

"EXTREMELY RUDE WORKERS. They are extremely understaffed and always rushing you to place your order. God forbid if you accidentally forget to order something at the drive-thru and need to place it with the rest of your order at the window, because they all decide to jump on you at the window at once saying no no we can’t and it’s too busy."

"I’ve been to this new location over ten times, and they only have one or two employees working. The service is fine, but the wait is extremely long. I was in the drive thru today and it took over 30 minutes to get two coffees. Hire these people some help!!!"

"It's only a drive through that's not the problem. The problem is the manager she is very rude!! I went there to get my coffee like I do every morning cause it's close to my house. I ordered it and it was wrong I asked her if nicely if she could remake it and she just grabbed it sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes!! I was in shock by her behavior. I told her to not worry about I will go somewhere else. So I drove to the one on 501 where the manager Katy was absolutely the best told her my situation and she fixed it no question asked. You need more people like her running your stores. I will not be going back to that site anymore. They are always rude!!"
