"Overall nice store…. Apparently they had a very busy lunch, the place was filthy and all the chairs/tables were disheveled."

"I absolutely love Starbucks because they are known for their exceptional service and I must say the drive through service and walk in service differs greatly. My drive through experiences have been amazing! But everytime I go into this location me and my guests are never offered the same top tier service as other patrons. Furthermore my husband was almost refused his free coffee for veterans day (with no apology following). I would recommend drive through for the fastest and kindest service or just visit any of the other locations for better service."

"I ordered a venti matcha green tea latte with sweet cream instead of milk and when I picked it up and got on the road I realized they had only topped it with sweet foam, which is not what I asked for. It tastes like I'm drinking grass, not what I have ordered time and time again. It's not the end of the world but it's very annoying when someone doesn't listen to you when you're ordering. Otherwise the service was great but next time I'll have to watch them make it and make sure they make it correctly."

"I ordered a pink drink that comes with strawberries and added extra strawberries and didn’t get a single strawberry in my drink! Also they won’t answer the phone so I can get them to fix my order"

"My drink was made very well sometimes the new espresso drinks can be bitter if the barrister is not careful. They were not as pleasant or cohesive as I've seen other teams. I thought maybe it was just me they didn't care to be delightful with but they weren't over the top pleasant with the customers who walked in behind me a few minutes later. I'm just use to Starbucks customer service being over the top delightful, pleasant, and friendly."
