"Was not impressed with my breakfast. The chicken was hard and whoever made it had it so crooked you could barely hold it right. The sweet tea tasted and looked watered down, which is usually not the case. The hash brown was good and fresh at least. The employees I dealt with were very nice and quick."

"Not busy at all. They forgot to give me napkins so I came back around to the window. The "manager" made eye contact with me multiple times yet never came to the window. She was not preparing food, not taking orders, she was just "chatting" with her employees and laughing. Eventually I have to knock on the window only for her to make eye contact with me again and ignore me once again. I knock again and she finally opens the window and says absolutely nothing. I ask for the napkins, she hands them over, rolls her eyes, and slam closes the window. Absolutely unacceptable. Morning shift makes these people look like an embarrassment. Update: her name is Alyssa"

"Being from this town I highly do not recommend to tourist stopping for a snack off I40. Customer service is horrible, food is always over cooked sometimes under. And PLEASE don’t waste your money on their orange juice. It’s literally water with like a squirt of orange. This place is HORRIBLE do to the new staff."

"The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s anywhere. The store and bathrooms were dirty but that’s the least of the problem. We ordered food at 3:19PM, after waiting 20 minutes I had to ask the manager what seemed to be the issue as we were standing there, customers were coming and going and our food still was not done. The manager finally got involved and we ended up getting our food at 3:55, 36 minutes after ordering. He said that he believed the order was done and thats why it took so long, so the staff will see people in the store waiting just to be standing there? The staff wasn’t at all helpful or seemed to care about our time being wasted. This is the last time I go to this McDonald’s or any that is owned by the Chapman family in North Carolina. Please retrain the staff to make the customer experience the priority."
