"Austin at the Wallace Autozone was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the buying experience outstanding. I will shop here again for future needs."
"Brought windshield wipers and staff came to me and said they could pull them up on computer to make sure I got the ones to fit my car. Very friendly and helpful."
"Austin was tremendously helpful! He went above and beyond with figuring out the issue with our Jeep today. We lucked out when we stopped by this Auto Zone and we are grateful for his knowledgeable service!"
"Javier at the Wallace AutoZone was a lifesaver for us today! He was able to test the alternator in our Traverse to see that it was faulty and not charging our battery properly. He then recharged the brand new battery for us that we had just bought a couple hours prior at another AutoZone in Wilmington. We were then able to make it safely back to the mechanic in Wilmington who installed the faulty alternator yesterday. I highly recommend this store and praise Javier for his great customer service!"
"I don't expect these guys to be amazing, but I do expect them to at least look up from their phones and attempt to do their job. 5 people in store uniform; 1 person at a counter, 1 on his phone up front, 3 more standing in the first aisle of parts behind the counter. 5 people were waiting in line. May want to sort things out here, "management.""
