"I think this store needs new management and employees. Tell me why they don't use the register instead of a computer screen. Some people don't evy know how to use it. Until you get better management that store will never make it. So that is why I don't go there. I heard a lot of people talking about how bad the store was. So I don't know when I will be going back."

"This Taco Bell needs to be closed down. The management is awful. The staff is just as bad. The employees are clearly a reflection of their poor management. They make all kinds of excuses why food is made sloppy and delayed. If they can keep their workers off their personal cellphones and they work like they came there to do; maybe the service will slightly improve ( doubt it ). Taco Bell, KFC and Wendy’s I think are ran by the same people ; they are the worse."

"Sean is an amazing employee!! GREAT personality, he was very patient with me when I had 100 questions and there was a line behind me, he took the time to answer every question and even suggest some things, very professional and compassionate. give this man a raise!!"

"The worst. Service ever. Set in line while staff had doors to building locked and while having a party. Employees were observed with other food at work stations and lounging around while customers set waiting on food. Observed several persons back in food stations that obviously weren’t working with the way they were dressed. Observed employees with pants hanging down showing their underwear. Hope owner knows how much money they’re losing due to managers and employees. Food was disgusting. Won’t ever eat there again."

"This has been my worst experience in a taco bell!!! Made a mobile order from my home and when I got to the store my food still wasn't ready. So my boyfriend and I went to food lion across the street to pick up anything else we need before returning to the restaurant for our mobile order. 45 minutes has passed and our order was still not ready. I will say out of my 13 years of customer service experience this was the worst. Employees playing in the parking lot on the clock. Not listening to directions from the manger on duty. The manger on duty not taking the responsibility to ensure that his employees are providing great customer service or taking control over his duties as management!!"
