"I love their crustless pizza bowls. The only issue I have is with their survey. I have filled out a survey twice and when I use the promo code for my free papadias it says it is not valid and no it has not expired. Why offer a free product and waste my time if you are not going to follow through. I may stop at another Papa Johns in the future, but I do not think I will go back to the Dunn location which is very convenient to me."

"What I noticed about this Papa Johns is that the pizza is a hit or miss according to who makes it. Toppings could be just right for the money paid. Other times I am left in disbelief of the mediocre quantity of toppings. Is management scaling back the toppings to increase their profit? Forget about specials or discounts on pizza. I believe they deliberately withhold the toppings required to balance out the discount. Kinda shameful because their pizza is good. But I think twice before ordering from them. I study my other pizza franchise options. Sad, because the building of any pizza should be consistent. A fair price for a fair pizza. Discount or not."

"I come to this location in Dunn very regularly today I was extremely disappointed. A piece of my cheese stick was missing and they don’t have enough cheese or cut correctly. Please make chief keef cutting the pizzas where a hair net. His 16 inch dreads were getting all over my pizza and he wasn’t wearing gloves. For the love of god please get people to put some garlic sauce and pepper in my box. I don’t pay 50.00 for nothing."
