"Love it, walked right in got exactly what I wanted for my wife, done in 10 minutes. The lady at the perfume and cosmetic stand was exceptionally helpful. She needs a raise!!!"

"Just went to Clinton store. spent considerable amount of money and got to car to find I had an item missing. Returned to sales clerk who insinuated that I was lying. 2 employees proceeded to follow me to my car to search it for missing item.Still did not want to make it good. Said they could probably review cameras to see if clerk actually put item in bag. Manager finally decided to replace the item that I paid for and never received. Done with this store!!!!! The money I have spent here through the years to be treated like a criminal. Very unprofessional staff too. This store has done a 360. Not for the better either. Giving a one star because I have no choice for no star!"

"It had been quite a while since I shopped at Belk. I was surprised to see most of the sale signs saying that you had to use Belk's app to actually get the sale. I really hate that! I don't want or need another app on my phone. On the other hand. I was looking for an evening gown and was having problems finding what I needed. Janet, the Red-Haired Lady, came to my rescue. She went in the back and came back with 3 dresses. I took one home and saved $170!!! Janet is a gem and the biggest draw for me to go to Belk's, again. Belk got lucky hiring this wonderful lady! Forget the gimmicks. The people working there are what brings customers back."
