"if I could rate a zero I would do so. had the worst experience ever with these guys. Was told it would take three weeks to repair my truck. They kept the truck for four months. I then had to spend almost $2000 to get the truck in running condition. motor skipping, transmission won't change, check engine light on which all of that was not so before they worked on truck. owner full of excuses and not truths."

"Our 2016 Durango broke down on Labor Day on our way back to Virginia. To our surprise and relief, Garland Tire and Auto was open and we were able to speak with Randy. Not much could be done that day but Randy locked our vehicle with our bikes on the back up in his shop overnight. Randy's team diagnosed the problem and was able to get the needed parts.
