"Ordered the tailgate special with chicken as take out. All was in bag was chicken not sides. When went back the person at register was stupid acting. Said you ask fir chicken tailgate. Then she wanted to charge 16.00 more to give us our sides. Needless to say we left the food there got our money back. Went to KFC"

"We stopped by this Smithfield's for lunch on the way to the beach and had a great experience. I and the 2 thighs & fry while my wife had the large bbq plate. Food was fantastic! But what made our experience delightful was one of the employees, Denise. This little lady had the best attitude with everyone there! She was also working super hard. She was taking orders, wiping down tables, delivering food to tables, getting refills for customers, checking on customers in the dining room. And she did it all with a joyful spirit about her. I told my wife that if we all served each other with the same kindness, cheerfulness and enthusiasm as Denise, we would live in a beautiful world! Thank you, Denise, for making our experience delightful! You are the best!!"

"Smithfield’s as a whole is one of the most consistent chains out there! They always have a clean restaurant with great service and the flavors that you expect! I learned today that the BBQ is made daily and hand pulled every morning. Food Preparation 8/10 Service 9/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Value 7/10"
