"Great gentleman. I contacted him Saturday and that afternoon, he came to my home to repair my dryer. He was very informative, and really taught me a lot about the issue and how to prevent in future. He was kind, courteous, and professional. His rates are reasonable and he made sure to let us know up front what the cost would be. He let us know the part would need to be ordered and came back to finish the job when it came in. He completed the job fast and he even left us samples! We initially thought it was one issue, but it ended up being several things that needed to be repaired. He is very professional, polite, direct, and punctual. He kept me in the loop throughout the repair process, showing me what was wrong and what he needed to do. "He came out did not tell me there was going to be a charge to come out and the charge was higher than others. He also had an attitude. He got upset when I did not want to pay the high price he was going to charge me to repair my dryer which was higher than buying a dryer from any other repair shop. To sum it up he has bad manners and high prices. If you do business make sure you have an understanding because he will not make anything clear."

"Called Trinity Appliance Repair on Friday July 15th while looking for someone to come out and diagnosis a problem with washing machine. He gave me a time frame for the same afternoon and he showed up on time. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the repair part immediately. He said part would be in on Monday and he would be by Monday afternoon to facilitate repair. He again showed up on Monday as promised. Repaired washing machine as well as gave us some advice on maintenance, etc. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Very professional, personable and courteous. Would recommend and will use again for any other appliance repair that may be needed in the future......"
