"Dunkin coffee is what it is, this location however served me and my team super bitter, coffee that has that slight chemical after taste and mouth feel. Genuinely made me sick to my stomach, will not be ordering any food or beverages here again"

"On my way to work, stopped to grab coffee. There were 2 people in line ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes for a cup of black coffee. I left without getting my coffee, they were that slow."

"I ordered a latte with less caramel syrup. It was made with the full amount and was not drinkable for me. I went back through the drivethru as I had 2 sleeping babies in the car. The man at the window with an invader Zim tattoo was AMAZING. He insisted on getting it correctly and having me try before I left to insure quality. I was having a very tough day and had a long road trip ahead of me, his attitude made all the difference for me and I am grateful. This is my new go-to location."

"Ordered two plain bagels WITH cream cheese. We even asked again at the window if they had included the cream cheese and was assured that the cream cheese was in the bagels. When I got home and unwrapped the bagels it appeared that the cream cheese had been scrapped off the bagels. There wasn't even enough to taste. What a joke. Never again."

"Literally had to wait 25minutes for a coffee. From ordering the coffee to getting it it literally took 25minutes. And it wasn’t like the world’s best coffee. And it wasn’t that crowded either. Guess staff is less or maybe they are not well trained. God I felt like I would have made coffee quicker. Very very slow. And slow service is a big negative in food industry. Would give zero stars if I could. Disappointing."
