"Staff very helpful and efficient."
"They sent us off in a U-Haul with a tire problem. Got two hours down the road and one of the tires just rips to shreds, they don't just spontaneously do that. They OBVIOUSLY don't inspect the U-Hauls, would you trust them to inspect your personal vehicle or to sell you one? I wouldn't. Stuck on the side of the road with a blown out tire thanks to their negligence. Attached are photos of the bar that SHREDDED the tire, and also included are photos of the opposite side. This could've KILLED someone!! MY GIRLFRIEND AND HER SONS WERE IN THE UHAUL. WE HAVE LEGAL GROUNDS TO GO AFTER YOU, JONES!!!"
