"Went in with my brand new laptop to have it repaired. They told me they cannot repair it because it had a cracked screen, and sent me down the road to the local cell phone repair place. When I got to the cell phone repair place they told me my screen was not cracked but actually just delaminated and it was a common problem. So Geek Squad just sent me away with no results. I went to the local cell phone repair place and they fixed me right up!"
"Had to wait 30 minutes on hold to make an appointment for them to come fix our TV which is under warranty. Today is the appointment day and they are an hour and a half past the appointment time. No text no phone call regarding the missed appointment time. So back on the phone and after 38 minutes on hold their customer service rep doesn’t know why they haven’t arrived yet. And I’m on hold again while she looks into it. And the Aberdeen store is not taking phone calls. So she gets back on the line to tell me they called me and left a message that they will be an hour and half late. REALLY!?? Ummmm no they didn’t. And now I got disconnected!!"
"Pretty terrible experience overall. They held onto my product for a week before shipping it out for repairs when they told me upfront they could not repair it. No notification when it was returned, and then I spent an hour waiting for pickup on a Saturday when only ONE person was working. Will never come back here unless I have to."
"Don't do a lot of repairs on site and have to ship out for a week. The repairs they do onsite require dropping computer off for 4-5 days even though work takes just a day to complete. There is no system to drop off the day the work is scheduled to be done (or even the day before). Instead they require hanging onto the device for multiple days even for small jobs which leaves me (and my business) without a computer for multiple days."
